Microsoft Confirms Not Attending E3 2023
Microsoft has confirmed to IGN that it will not be attending E3 2023 but signaled its support for E3’s digital week by saying that it will be broadcasting it when the event kicks off on June 11, 2023.
In a new statement, a Microsoft spokesperson told IGN:
We’re looking forward to hosting the Xbox Games Showcase on June 11 and will share more details later. We also look forward to live-streaming our event as part of E3 Digital and will not be present on the E3 show floor.

It is worth noting that Microsoft did not attend the E3 event in 2018 and 2019. While the company did host an E3 press conference in those years, it did not have a booth at the Los Angeles Convention Center and opted to turn the Microsoft Theater into its exhibition space.
E3 2023 will take place from June 13 – 16.
