Gematsu has reported that Bandai Namco has filed a trademark for “Sparking! Zero” on September 26, 2023 in the United States.
Bandai Namco’s Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi owned by Bandai Namco is known as the Dragon Ball Z: Sparking! franchise in Japan, with:
- Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi disebut Dragon Ball Z: Sparking!.
- Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 disebut Dragon Ball Z: Sparking! Neo.
- Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 disebut Dragon Ball Z: Sparking! Meteor.
In March 2023, Bandai Namco announced a new Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi new, but has yet to announce an official title, platform, or release date.
This latest trademark may indicate that the title of this game is Dragon Ball Z: Sparking! Zero, at least in Japan, and also that a follow-up announcement is coming soon.
