Based on the information available, there is a slight change in the DMG Multiplier Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst Xianyun. The DMG from the third use of Driftcloud Wave on the Cloud Retainer Skill increased from 547% to 607%. However, the DMG for the first and second stages still remained the same.

Meanwhile, the Healing Multiplier of Xianyun’s Burst itself also changed. The initial Healing of his Burst underwent a huge change, from 221.2% ATK+1694 to 165% ATK+1271. At the same time, his Incoming Healing also increased from 66.4% ATK+508 to 77% ATK+593 to compensate for the previous nerf.

You should note that this is a change to Talent at level 10 and does not affect anything below. Overall, this is a good buff for Xianyun’s Elemental Burst.

Furthermore, one of Xianyun’s passive abilities also received a buff. The DMG Shockwave Plunging Attack bonus from his A4 passive has been increased from 180% ATK to 200% ATK, increasing its value as a Plunging Attack support.

Xianyun’s second Constellation, which increases his A4 passive buff, was also slightly buffed. Previously it only gave an increase of 360%, but the new changes show that the bonus increase to 400%.

It can be said that these changes are perfect for Xianyun as a Healer and Plunging Attack Support. Xianyun is expected to be a good buffer for Xiao and Diluc.
