Speaking with Barron’s, Vince Zampella was asked about the possibility of a Titanfall 3 and it seems he’s quite receptive to the idea.
Right now we’re not working on anything. I hate saying yes, then people attribute it to that and then stab you when it doesn’t come. But I’d love to see it happen is the real answer. There’s no specific, definite plan for it.
It has to be the right thing. This is a franchise that is loved by the fans as well as us. If it’s not the right time or the right idea, then it doesn’t make sense.
Apex [Legends] is in the Titanfall universe, right? There’s a way to do things that isn’t confusing for people who are fans of Apex, but not necessarily fans of Titanfall. It’s a tough question to answer, but in the end I’d love to see something.

It’s important to remember that we can see Zampella’s statement as the wish of many executives. There are many great ideas that a gaming company CEO would theoretically support, but would never actually materialize.
