Naughty Dog co-president and co-creator of The Last of Us, Neil Druckmann, revealed that he has a concept for a third The Last of Us game.

Neil Druckmann Has a Concept for the Third The Last of Us
Speaking at the end of the documentary, Neil Druckmann said that he has a concept for the next The Last of Us game.
Druckmann went on to describe the concept as as exciting as The Last of Us Part I and The Last of Us Part II.
“The first game had a very clear concept of the unconditional love that a parent feels for their child,” Druckmann said. “The second one, once we landed on the idea of pursuing justice at all costs, justice for your loved ones, it felt like there was a clear concept here and there was an outline from the first game about love. If we never get to do it again, this is a great end point. Last bite of the apple, story complete.”
Druckmann continued, “I’ve been thinking, ‘Is there a concept there?’ For years, I haven’t been able to find that concept. But recently that changed. I don’t have a story, but I have the concept, which to me, as interesting as I is, as interesting as II is, is a separate thing, but it has a flow to all three. So, it feels like there’s another chapter to the story.”
