RUSH Hi-Fi Description
Hi-Fi RUSH is a rhythm action game set in a colorful world where everything is driven by the rhythm of music, from the many swaying trees in the environment to every punch you land in combat.
The battle sequences are perfectly in sync with the rhythm of the music, allowing for gameplay that is not only exhilarating but also very satisfying. The player’s movements are not dictated by the music as in traditional rhythm games – the player has the freedom to play a full-action game. However, incorporating actions with beats will amplify the player’s attacks along with the music.
Players take on the role of Chai, a free-spirited slacker with rockstar ambitions. During the procedure to obtain his robotic arm, Chai discovers an unexpected “bonus” when his music player fuses with his power unit. If that wasn’t enough, the company behind this experiment labels him as a “defect”, making him a target for deactivation.
With an army of corporate overlords and an army of robots hunting her down, Chai must defend herself through rhythmic combat and the help of a motley crew of allies to defeat the ruthless business leaders and escape.
