Recent reports have revealed that Sony Interactive Entertainment will be announcing a new Astro game titled “Astro Bot” in the coming 2 weeks.

Sony to announce new Astro Bot game in 2 weeks?
@billbil_kun reports that a new Astro game is in development at Team ASOBI and an announcement is expected “within 15 days”. This report was corroborated by IGN.
According to @billbil_kun, the game will most likely have the name “Astro Bot”.
“Among other information we have obtained, it seems that part of the game will be playable in an environment located in the middle of a desert,” wrote @billbil_kun on Dealabs. “One of the new characters in the game is a fennec in robot form that bears some resemblance to Astro.”
@billbil_kun added that the official release date and platform are not yet known. However, he believes that the game will be exclusive to PS5, not PlayStation VR2.
In February 2024, Giant Bomb journalist Jeff Grubb claimed that a new Astro Bot game would most likely be released in 2024.
On the other hand, @billbil_kun also reported that new details about Concord will emerge in 15 days’ time.
