New reports have revealed that SEGA may be developing a sequel to Sonic Frontiers.

SEGA Developing Sonic Frontiers Sequel?

Both have a good track record of reporting internal information, with DanielRPK focusing on entertainment topics such as movies and games, and Midori focusing on SEGA and ATLUS games.
Midori elaborated on DanielRPK’s claims by saying: “The title is a sequel to Frontiers in gameplay style. However, the name of this sequel will probably change. Frontiers is Rangers until it is announced.”
It is currently unclear when the sequel will begin development and when it will be released or announced.
As of May 2023, SEGA has announced that Sonic Frontiers has sold 3.5 million copies worldwide. The game is available on PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC(Steam, Epic Games Store).
