Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake have exclusivity with PlayStation?

On the latest episode of the XboxEra podcast, Shpeshal_Nick revealed that he heard “another game that might be coming to the PlayStation Showcase is the rumored Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake” and “it might also come in the form of exclusivity”.

Another game that I heard is coming to the PlayStation Showcase is the rumored Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake. I heard that the game might be present at this PlayStation Showcase and might also get exclusivity.

Journalist at Windows Central, Jez Corden, also responded to the rumor on Twitter by stating: “Heard similar things about Metal Gear exclusivity for PlayStation.”

Corden then gave clarification that he didn’t know who the studio working on the Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake was, but he only heard that Sony Interactive Entertainment had done a deal with Konami.

I don’t know about that for sure. Just heard Sony got a deal with Konami for Silent Hill, Metal Gear, and maybe even a new Castlevania.

The Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake has been rumored over the past few years by media outlets such as VGC and Eurogamer, with the latest development being that the game will be scheduled for release in 2024.
