According to an internal document that was originally shared on Reddit and has since been removed, the document featured a timeline for SEGA’s upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog products.

According to the document, the Knuckles TV series will release in Q1 2024, followed by the third season of the Netflix show Sonic Prime in the same quarter.

The Sonic Superstars DLC is listed as “TBD” during 2023 and a “new game” is listed for release during the 2024 holiday season.

If true, the new Sonic the Hedgehog game will put the franchise on a three-year game release streak after Sonic Superstars (2023) and Sonic Frontiers (2022).

Sonic Superstars is already available for PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store).
