Microsoft recently revealed that Diablo IV will release to Xbox Game Pass on 28 March 2024.

Diablo IV Set to Hit Xbox Game Pass
In the Official Xbox Podcast, Sarah Bond revealed that Xbox Game Pass currently has 34 million subscribers. This number is up from the 25 million subscribers that Microsoft reported in January 2022.
Microsoft later clarified to The Verge that the 34 million includes subscribers to Xbox Game Pass Core. In September 2023, Xbox Live Gold subscribers are converted to Xbox Game Pass Core.
The Game Pass membership figure of 34 million is accurate. Diablo IV is coming to Xbox Game Pass on March 28, with the exception of the Xbox Game Pass Core catalogue.

Speaking with Game File, Microsoft Gaming CEO, Phil Spencer, has revealed that the number of players who have Xbox Live Gold but not Xbox Game Pass is a “fairly small number” as well as “significant growth” in subscribers coming from PC and cloud players.
