Persona ASA Titled “Persona Grand Stage”, Headed to Mobile and PC?
On X, @MbKKssTBhz5 claims that the official title for Persona ASA is “Persona Grand Stage”. According to him, the game is being developed for both PC and mobile.
@MbKKssTBhz5 has a strong track record of leaking information on several ATLUS games, including the name Persona 3 Reload and DLC Persona 5 Tactica.
Persona ASA has been rumored since 2023, where several users on ResetEra such as I Am A Hero Too and Nate The Hate revealed the existence of the project. According to the two, the game will have characters from all Persona games, have a “party” game style, and is scheduled to release in 2024.
According to @MbKKssTBhz5, Persona Grand Stage was a game whose development was completed with external support. Unfortunately, the game was canceled to “focus on prioritizing Persona 5: The Phantom X to a global audience”.

“ATLUS is focusing on new ways to develop the Persona franchise with P5X. I was told that PGS is a Teamfight Tactics game,” wrote @MbKssTBhz5.
@MbKKssTBhz5 notes that Persona Grand Stage is also a game where different characters can be tried out with collectible elements such as stages, costume variations, and other elements.
“ATLUS wanted to have their own Genshin and it was a choice between reworking PGS or working on a global effort for P5X,” wrote @MbKssTBhz5. “The plan is to develop P5X which will be released globally. A closed beta test is also planned for Japan and there will be large-scale marketing.”
@MbKKssTBhz5 added, “It’s not that P5X can’t be released globally if PGS is also released. This is a case where ATLUS and SEGA invested in mobile and wanted to release something that would be successful and easy for everyone to play. DLC for released games is also part of that investment plan.”
