Neil Druckmann Hints The Last of Us Part III?
Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Neil Druckmann was asked whether the rumored The Last of Us Part III is coming or not. He replied: “I think there are more stories to tell.”
In April 2021, Druckmann had said that a story outline had been written for the third game of The Last of Us franchise, but it was not currently in development.
His latest comments about The Last of Us Part III came during an interview focusing on The Last of Us TV adaptation that will premiere on January 15, 2023.
“People see bad adaptations and that adds credence to the idea that games are childish,” Druckmann said. “I love the idea that someone could watch this and be moved by it and then be like, ‘Wait, that’s based on a video game?”
