Recent reports have revealed that Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake will most likely be released in 2024.

Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake Released in 2024?
Responding to a Konami fan on Twitter regarding the state of E3 2023 and how Konami can create a separate event if it is canceled, Andy Robinson revealed that Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake is currently scheduled to release in 2024.
Robinson added that Metal Gear Solid Remaster is currently still in talks, but Konami does want to announce both projects at E3 2023.
Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake is now a 2024 title and there is still talk of a Metal Gear Solid re-release. The E3 window is their marketing plan, last I heard.

In February 2023, Andy Robinson revealed that Konami intends to have a massive presence at the E3 2023 event. Not only that, but he also claimed that Konami is expected to announce the latest Castlevania game and Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake.
Robinson noted that Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake will appear as a test product for Konami’s future remake projects. They will also assess the response to determine if they will go ahead with the re-release of the entire Metal Gear collection.
In October 2021, VGC and Eurogamer reported that Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake was in development at Virtuos, while Konami intends to release remastered versions of some Metal Gear Solid games before the remake.
