At the time of this article’s release, pre-orders for Loop8: Summer of Gods on PC has not yet opened. However, Marvelous’ press release mentions that the game will be available for purchase for $49.99 (Standard Edition) and $59.99 (Deluxe Edition).
Description of Loop8: Summer of Gods
Your choices shape the world in this RPG set in rural 1980s Japan.
Enter the life of Nini, a teenager who has just left the real world and arrived in the ancient Japanese town of Ashihara in August 1983. Explore the town, befriend its residents, and take on the Kegai in turn-based battles where the outcome depends on the relationships you build and the decisions you make.
Use Nini’s special relationship with the gods to reset the world, with each round allowing Nini and allies to relive the 8th moon over and over again until they get it right… or Kegai defeats them completely.
With 1 month to go before the world ends, how will you spend each day?
