A new report has revealed that the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) has registered the name Little Nightmares: Enhanced Edition.

ESRB Register the Name Little Nightmares: Enhanced Edition
Gematsu reports that the ESRB has rated Little Nightmares: Enhanced Edition for PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. This remastered version was first rated for consoles and PC by the South African Film and Publication Board in January 2023.
The following is the ESRB’s description of Little Nightmares: Enhanced Edition:
“It is an adventure platformer where the player assumes the role of a girl (Six) who must escape from a nightmarish world. As the player traverses the environment, they run, jump, climb and sneak to avoid enemies (e.g., leaches, large human-like creatures).
“Being caught usually results in a brief death scene: the corrupted souls eat Six whole; the leeches choke Six to death.
“One scene depicts a pool of blood around a fallen boss after Six attacked him out of hunger; another scene allows the player to stun a character by dropping a TV into a pool of blood. Hanged corpses and various bloodstains are also depicted in some environments.”
