Spike Chunsoft officially revealed Fitness Circuit’s release date, which is May 26, 2023.

Fitness Circuit Release Date and Description
Fitness Circuit uses Super Circuit Training, a training method that alternates between aerobic exercise and strength-building exercises to burn calories, increase endurance, and improve muscle strength in a short period of time.
This method is designed to give a high training effect, so you don’t have to play every day. Complete a standard training session in just 10 minutes a day, 3 days a week.
Some key features:
- Workout Anytime, Anywhere – Fitness Circuit requires nothing more than a little space to move around and a Joy-Con controller. No need for additional equipment or a busy fitness center.
- Circuit Training for Everybody – Anyone can play. Fitness Circuit offers workouts customized to your needs and preferences.
- Fun Routines – Simply customize the training instructions, to help your Runner on screen through a striking and entertaining performance. It’s fun to play and watch.
- Play With Friends – Make it a group workout. Fitness Circuit supports 4-person online multiplayer, so you can play and compete together to maximize your workout.
Fitness Circuit will be released on Nintendo Switch on May 26, 2023.
