SNK Corporation has announced that Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will release in early 2025.

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Release in Early 2025
SNK Corporation has announced that Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will be released early next year. Unfortunately, the platforms for this game were not announced.
SNK Corporation also confirmed that the game will be playable at EVO Japan 2024, which will take place from April 27 to 29 at Ariake GYM-EX, Tokyo, Japan.
In addition, there are also character trailers that introduce:
- Rock Howard (voiced by Griffin Puatu)
- Terry Bogard (voiced by Michael Schneider)
- Hotaru Futaba (voiced by Suzie Yeung)
- Tizoc (voiced by Jalen K. Cassell)
- Preecha (voiced by Mia Paige)
In September 2022, Yasuyuki Oda was asked if he would change the new Fatal Fury game into a new more modern 3D-style game, he replied:
Yes, that’s definitely the way we’re going to do it, it’s definitely going to be a 3D engine, but there’s a different kind of art style compared to what we’ve done in the past.
