Journalist at Windows Central, Jez Corden, has revealed that Dead Rising will likely get a rebooted version from Capcom.

Dead Rising Gets a Reboot Version?
In response to a user on Twitter who said: “I’m compelled to buy an Xbox because Dead Rising“, Jez Corden responded by saying:

Corden added that Dead Rising is a rebooted version, but he could not provide further confirmation.
“Heard it’s a reboot, Capcom’s been on a solid run lately,” Corden added. “Just wanted to clarify that I didn’t get any concrete information, just rumors.”
The last game we saw from the Dead Rising franchise was Dead Rising 4 which was released on PS4, Xbox One, and PC (Steam) in 2016.
