In a tweet, Activision said that Call of Duty’s feed kill will notify lobbies in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 when the anti-cheat system has detected and removed “problem” players.

This is Activision’s latest attempt to crack down on PC players who have been cheating in Call of Duty. Speaking of cheaters, Call of Duty earlier this week reported that they had detected around 14,000 cheaters in Modenr Warfare 2 and Warzone in just one day alone.

Actvision in June had also threatened to take away weapons for players caught cheating in Call of Duty. In fact, this threat is even greater if they are caught cheating in Call of Duty and it is likely that they will not be able to play the latest version in the future.

Currently, Activision is busy with the release of Modern Warfare 3 which will take place next week. So, it’s possible that this anti-cheat system will be applied to the game when it releases.
