80% of Sales of Granblue Fantasy: Relink Comes from Outside Japan

CyberAgent has announced that about 80% of the sales of 1 million copies of Granblue Fantasy: Relink came from outside Japan.

In its Q2 FY2024 financial report, parent company Cygames has revealed that around 80% of the 1 million copies sold of Granblue Fantasy: Relink came from “overseas”.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink sold 1 million copies on February 12, 2024, 11 days after the game’s release. The game is already available on PS5, PS4, and PC(Steam).

CyberAgent added that Granblue Fantasy: Relink is set to “become a worldwide success”.

On the other hand, CyberAgent has released a general roadmap for their gaming division. One of their projects, Project Awakening, is still planned for a future release.

CyberAgent notes that there are 2 new third-party projects that will be released on consoles, although this information differs from the Japanese version of the report which lists the 2 projects as mobile games.
